TUESDAY, FEBRUARY 21st, 2012 - Shrove Tuesday Pancake Supper at St. Aiden's Memorial Hall. 5:30 - 7:30 pm Enjoy pancakes, sausages, dessert and a beverage. In support of their outreach program. Adults $6.00 Children $3.00.

WEDNESDAY, FEBRUARY 22nd, 2012 - Ash Wednesday Service - 7:30 pm - join us for a simple, reflective service to begin Lent.

MISSION CAPSULES: Our gifts to Presbyterians Sharing ... help support long-term mission partners through short-term mission visits. Wendy Renault learned a lot about mission when she went to Guatemala. She shares; "The remarkable women that we met taught me to celebrate our differences, to remember one another in our prayers and to remember that we must always act to promote social justice in our own communities and in the world. They taught me that mission is about building relationships and empowering each other." Let us pray for participants in short-term mission as they support our partners in mission.

SATURDAY, FEBRUARY 25th, 2012 - Presbyterian Music Camp Fund raising concert at Beaches Presbyterian Church. Lots of good fun, good music and usually food.

FRIDAY, MARCH 2nd, 2012 - World Day of Prayer - 2:00 pm - Glen Rhodes United Church, Gerrard Street, East just west of Coxwell. "Let Justice Prevail" written by women of Malaysia.

MONDAY, MARCH 5th - May 14th, 2012 - 9:30 - 11.30 am - St. John the Baptist Norway Anglican Church, Woodbine & Kingston Road. "The Letter to the Hebrews - A Riddle, is the topic for ten Ecumenical Bible Study sessions. The study will be led by The Honourable Mr. Justice Wright, LLM and Master of Theology and will feature discussion and questions. To register contact (Jean) at 416-694-5969 - fee $30.00.

SATURDAY, MARCH 24th, 2012 - The Women's Day away is confirmed and will be held at St. Mark's Presbyterian Church, Don Mills from 9:00 am - 7:00 pm. Cost will be $35.00 for the day. Do mark your calendars and plan to be there.
