FRIDAY, OCTOBER 23rd, 2020 - If I had known, in March, that that was the last time I would eat in a restaurant for such a long time, I would have ordered dessert…….

SUNDAY, OCTOBER 25TH, 2020 - Join us for morning worship at 10.00 – Rev. Katherine McCloskey leading. As part of his placement, Cole Kim will be preaching. This Sunday we will participate in “in person worship” as well as Zoom. Session discussed, with the new numbers, whether we should do this, but proved the last time that we can worship together and satisfy the safety rules. We realize it is important for us to be together even with all the restrictions – we also realize that many of us will continue to remain at home and participate via Zoom.

MISSION CAPSULE: Due to fear of contracting COVID 19, people in Malawi who are already vulnerable because of the effects of HIV and AIDS have increased concerns about accessing medication and community support. PWS&D supported Edwendeni Hospital AIDS Program (EHAP) has been supporting those whose lives are impacted by HIV and AIDS for decades. Acknowledging these increased concerns, EHAP continues to provide community health support through physically distanced workshops to help families learn how to cook nutritiously with limited ingredients.

MONDAY, OCTOBER 26th, 2020 - Theology on Tap will gather at 7:00 via Zoom, to discuss the new book.

WEDNESDAY, OCTOBER 28th, 2020 - Beaches Prayer Group will gather at 9:30. If you have any prayer concerns, please let us know.

NOTE: Hasan and family have a confirmed fight on November 11th. The apartment has been cleaned and yesterday Klaas and Peter took many of the items stored at Beaches to the apartment. There are still things to be moved; we need twin bed sheets; and the dishes, cutlery etc will need to be washed and put away. If you can help, please contact Klaas.
