MISSION CAPSULES: Jesus showed care and compassion to those living on the margins of society, teaching us how to be a neighbor to everyone in need. In the same way, Boarding Homes Ministry strives to build community in the Greater Toronto area. Volunteers practice inclusion by visiting and sharing meals with people living in low-income housing, who are often isolated due to the stigmas of mental illness, addictions and poverty. The ministry also provides educational workshops for faith communities on how to be more welcoming and supportive to people who have experienced mental illness and trauma.

MONDAY, FEBRUARY 25TH, 2019 - This week Theology on Tap finished reading Mere Christianity. We are now taking a two week break and will begin our Lenten book, Shake Hands With the Devil by Romeo Dalaire. Most people either own a copy of have access to one, therefore we will not be doing a group order.
