MISSION CAPSULES: Edmonton Urban Native Ministry is one of eight Native Ministries in Canada supported by gifts to Presbyterians Sharing … The ministry serves people of Aboriginal background in Edmonton’s inner city. It seeks to meet the social and spiritual needs of people struggling with complex issues of addiction, exploitation, violence, homelessness and poverty. Providing practical support creating awareness and promoting healing initiatives are priorities. EUNM collaborates with various churches to provide children’s ministry programs, VBS and summer camp opportunities. The history of the relationship between Aboriginal People and the Presbyterian Church in Canada has been complex and often difficult. The PCC is committed to walking with Aboriginal Peoples on a journey toward healing and reconciliation.

A recent study has found that women who carry a little extra weight, live longer than the men who mention it.

You know that tingly little feeling you get when you are attracted to someone? That’s common sense leaving your body.

Did you know that dolphins are so smart that within a few weeks of captivity, they can train people to stand on the very edge of the pool and throw them fish…

Money talks - but all mine every says is good-bye..

Have a good week - MB
