MISSION CAPSULES: With support from Presbyterians Sharing …. Michelle Verwey works as a community health advisor to the Church of North India’s Central Regional Board of Health Services. She advises on project monitoring, reporting and public health matters. Recently she visited a rural village in Madhya Pradesh, where she met eight-year-old Sarita. Sarita’s family received five fruit trees from the PWS&D – supported community health and self-reliance project. Michelle shares, “Malnutrition is very common in Madhya Pradesh. Many children, like Sarita, suffer from stunting – a result of chronic malnutrition. But this project gives me hope that I will be able to watch babies grow to be healthy children with bright prospects for their futures.”

More Araprosdokians - Winston Churchill loved araprosdokians, figures of speech in which the latter part of a sentence of phrase is … surprising or unexpected.

- The last thing I want to do is hurt you, but it’s still on my list.

- Where there’s a will, I want to be in it

- Since light travels faster than sound, some people appear bright until you hear them speak

- If I agreed with you, we’d both be wrong

- War does not determine who is right – only who is left.

Have a good week - MB
