MONDAY, FEBRUARY 13TH, 2017 - An evening of Upper Beach History – 7:00 pm – The Grinder on Main Street, just south of Gerrard. Mark Battenberg tells stories about the pioneers in the villages of Norway and old East Toronto.

MISSION CAPSULES: Presbyterians Sharing … supports Dr. Nicholas and Rebecca Bauman as they serve with the United Mission to Nepal, one of the PCC’s long-standing partners. Nick will work as a general surgeon at the United Mission Hospital in Tansen, which serves a population of about one million people in western Nepal. The hospital’s motto is “We serve, Jesus heals”. Nick will engage in clinical work, with a heavy emphasis on teaching Nepali medical residents. Becky is an Occupational Therapist and is excited to discover ways in which to utilize her skills.
