SUNDAY, JANUARY 31st, 2016 - Join us for morning worship at 10:00 - Rev. Rafael Vallejo leading. Come and learn new and different ways to enjoy God in community. This Sunday we are doing liturgy around "Jazz and Justice". Jazz is a metaphor for much of what we do and value as a faith community at Beaches: creativity, taking risks, improvisation, being in the moment, trusting in the promised guidance of Spirit. Julian and friends will create the Jazz while Rafael leads us in praise and worship using "improv" techniques from theatre.

Following worship there will be a meeting of the Refugee Committee in the Prayer Room. If you are not a member of this committee and would like to be, please join us.

NOTE: Repairs to the sanctuary ceiling etc have begun - there is going to be dust!

SATURDAY, FEBRUARY 6th, 2016 - Jazz & Reflections at Beach United Church on Wineva. 4:30 - 5:15 - featuring Wes Allen, Anthony Brancati and featuring Bill MacLean.

NOTE: Our Refugee Committee is pleased to say that we have a young family of three - They will be arriving sometime within the next six or so weeks. So far, we have secured a furnished apartment for them.
