MISSION CAPSULES: Gifts to Presbyterians Sharing ... support David and Anna Pandy as they serve with the Reformed Church of Sub-Carpathian Ukraine, a church of ethnic Hungarians in Ukraine. Anna is a teacher and is principal and founder of Hagybereg Reformed Church secondary school. David co-ordinates four Christian secondary schools and helps supervise RCCU missionaries. Making personal connections is an important aspect of his work. David shares, " we exchange news within our immediate family and within our larger church family on both sides of the Atlantic by means of internet communication. In the mission field, in our endeavors to build God's family, we communicate mostly in person, which takes more time and more energy but decidedly is also more rewarding."

MONDAY, FEBRUARY 16th, 2015 - 1:00 - Beaches second annual Indie Chill Concert. Bring a coffee and a friend and chill out to the unique sounds of local performers at this family friendly event. Tickets $10.00 - children under 12 are free. Featuring The Lydia Persaud Group with Julian Anderson-Bowes (bass), Chris Pruden (piano) and Lydia (vox). SATURDAY, FEBRUARY 28th, 2015 - Come and see the work of local painters, photographers and sculptors at the Beaches Art Show from 11:00 - 4:00 in the Narthex. Tineka and Navid will be participating.
