MISSION CAPSULES: Aboriginal and non-Aboriginal people are seeking ways to find healing and wholeness together. We are discovering what healing and reconciliation means. Gifts to Presbyterians Sharing ... support The Presbyterian Church in Canada's native ministries, which promote physical, emotional, spiritual and social wellbeing. Seven native ministries - Hummingbird Ministries, Cariboo Presbyterian Church's Nazko and Area Dakelh Outreach, Edmonton Urban Native Ministry, Saskatoon Native Circle Ministries, Mistawasis Memorial Presbyterian Church, Winnipeg Inner City Missions and Kenora Fellowship Centre reach out to vulnerable people in their communities. All of these ministries operate on a foundation of respect for traditional Aboriginal spiritual and culture.

NOTE: Stollerys, the clothing store on the south west corner of Yonge and Bloor, which has been there for 114 years, was torn down this week, to make way for yet another condo building. Another piece of Toronto's history gone.
